Booking Policies

I know life can get crazy (especially these days), but please be mindful that your appointment time is booked just for you and if cancelled last minute cannot be replaced.

All appointments are held  with a card to secure your spot.

Appointments must be rescheduled within 24 hours to avoid a fee.

If after 24 hours, appointments are subject to a 50% charge.

If cancelled day of or no show, appointments are subject to full service 

charge of which was booked.

Please give yourself enough time as anything past 10 minutes late will result in a cancellation.

All bookings can be made online and all client forms must be completed prior to appointment. Can be made by clicking the Book Now tab. Please note that I am an appointment only studio.

For any new eyelash extension clients coming from an outside salon, please note I do not fill or work on top of others work.

If wanting to become a client, appointment must be booked as a removal and full set.

A reminder in order to be considered a fill, you must have at least 40% of your extensions still on and within 2-3 weeks 22 days max (anything over that time or anything under 40% remaining will be a full set)

Please make sure to come in with cleaned, shampooed lashes (lash cleaning station is provided if you did not have time prior) as well as no caffeine prior to appointment.
